Most senior living placement services are paid by the communities they recommend, which creates a conflict of interest. We are paid directly by families, so our only loyalty is to you. We will never steer you toward a community because it pays us more.

Our Care Needs Assessment and Community Tour Preparation are complimentary. Senior Living Placement is a family investment; we charge a flat advisory fee rather than accepting referral commissions. Costs vary by location, community type, and level of care. In the Austin and Dallas metro areas, assisted living typically ranges from $3,500 to $7,000 or more per month. San Antonio and Houston tend to be slightly more affordable. Memory care generally runs $1,000 to $2,000 more per month than standard assisted living. We help families understand the full cost picture before making any decisions.

Does Medicare pay for assisted living?
